Position Overview

- 1 Vent/Trach unit
- 2 Short-Term Care units
- 5 Long-Term Care units
- Approximately 175 residents total

- CNA Quarterly Bonus Program: Full-Time CNAs are eligible after 90 days of earning up to $1,000.00 (with requirements met)

The incentives that this role includes: re the pay incentives included: Paid Mentor training (at hourly rate); $2.00/hr shift differential for each Mentoring shift completed (with requirements met); up to $100.00 one-time bonus to Mentor if the new team member is still employed after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) ranging from supervision to total care
- Monitoring and recording vital signs (including manual checks)
- Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or nurse management
- Responding appropriately in emergency situations
- Assisting with meal service in resident rooms and dining areas (setup and cleanup)
- Maintaining proper uniform and appearance standards
- Following all attendance and facility policies
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (REQUIRED prior to employment)
- Ability to walk extensively throughout a large facility and perform moderate lifting and physical tasks
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
- All applicants must pass a background check and employment verification check

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
