Your Role as a CNA:

• Serve as a key caregiver, supporting residents with daily living activities

• Monitor weight, vitals, input/output, and maintain patient stability

• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Document care and activity accurately in logs and reports

• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to provide top-level care

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania

• Previous long-term care experience preferred (or willingness to learn)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A team-first, compassionate attitude
