What You'll Do

• Provide overnight care and support to residents
• Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort needs
• Monitor vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
• Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
• Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a safe, calm environment overnight
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient, and dependable personality
• Commitment to delivering compassionate resident-centered care
