Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
• Collect and prepare specimens as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Assist with patient hygiene and comfort measures.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
