Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem - Fairfield County, CT

We are currently hiring per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in their homes throughout Fairfield County. This flexible opportunity allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability and lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families in the community.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in supporting professional nursing staff and other healthcare professionals by providing compassionate, hands-on care to individuals who are sick, recovering, or disabled in the home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, supporting health-related tasks, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

This position involves traveling to multiple patient homes throughout the towns we serve in Connecticut across Fairfield County, the Greater Danbury Area and New Milford.

Qualified candidates must possess:

  An active and valid Connecticut CNA certification

  Successful completion of the competency evaluation required by Home Health Agency licensure regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Strong patient care and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

  
  

Previous experience in home healthcare or hospice is preferred, though candidates with a passion for patient-centered care are encouraged to apply.
