Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to deliver goods across designated routes
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Assist with moving items within warehouses or client locations as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines related to driving, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations to ensure a secure work environment

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable
• Experience in customer service roles that require clear communication and professionalism
• Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual tasks safely
• Knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial driving
• Prior experience in moving or warehouse environments is a plus
