AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to provide services to our clients in Livonia, MI.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Experience with hands on patient care within a home setting or assisted living setting
• TBI, SCI, and Memory care experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work independently and with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Pass a drug screen/clear background check
