We are a small boutique-style residential care home serving no more than four residents at a time, allowing our caregivers to provide the personalized, compassionate care that brought them into healthcare in the first place.

We're seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) who want to make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Be a loving and supportive team member

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred (for CNA applicants)
• PCA certification or caregiving experience welcomed
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Experience working with seniors . Hospice is a plus
