As a COTA in Home Health, you will:

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Assist patients in regaining independence with daily activities
• Evaluate home environments for safety and accessibility
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active California COTA License
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a COTA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Strong communication and organizational skills
