Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Neuro Robotics Rehab Center is a next-generation inpatient neurorehabilitation facility specializing in traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, and spinal cord injury recovery.

We combine advanced robotics, neurotechnology, and high-intensity therapy to drive real neurological recovery—not just maintenance.

This is not a traditional clinic job. We are building something different—and we are looking for clinicians who want to be part of that.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in delivering high-intensity, goal-driven therapy sessions (3–6+ hours/day programs)

- Work alongside PTs, OTs, and physicians in a collaborative neurorehabilitation model

- Support treatment using advanced technologies, including:

- Robotic-assisted therapy systems

- Gait and balance training devices

- Virtual reality and neuro-based rehab tools

- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the clinical team

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

- Active Florida license as:

- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or

- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

- Strong interest in neurological rehabilitation

- Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn

- Comfortable working with advanced technology (training provided)

Preferred (Not Required)

- Experience with:

- TBI, stroke, or spinal cord injury patients

- Inpatient or intensive rehab settings

- Interest in robotics, neuroplasticity, or advanced rehab methods

Compensation

- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
