What You’ll Do

• Coach 1-on-1, semi-private, and small group training sessions
• Design safe, effective programs based on client goals and abilities
• Build strong accountability and relationships with clients
• Reassess goals and progress every 4–8 weeks
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client care
• Contribute positively to a strong team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
• Experience coaching clients in a professional setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High personal standards and reliability
• Passion for learning and improving as a coach
• Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred, not required
