Certified Personal Trainer - Stretch Therapy

StretchLab is a boutique wellness studio specializing in customized, one-on-one assisted stretching that helps people move better, feel better, and live better. Our studios are energetic, welcoming, and built on real relationships — with our members and with each other.

We’re looking for passionate, people-focused Flexologists to join our growing team. We have roles open in both our Lynnwood and Bothell studios.

The Role

As a Flexologist, you are responsible for delivering a world-class stretching experience to every client who walks through our doors. You’ll guide members through customized stretch sessions, educate them on the benefits of mobility and recovery, and help create an atmosphere where clients feel supported, motivated, and confident in their wellness journey.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customized one-on-one and group assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and the benefits of assisted stretching
• Build strong relationships with members and support retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Assist with member onboarding and client progress tracking
• Support studio sales by identifying client needs and referring them to membership options
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education
• Uphold StretchLab brand standards and policies at all times

• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing assisted stretching
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, dance, or similar field preferred
• Must hold a current nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCCA-accredited) or be willing to obtain certification
• CPR/AED certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Additional Information

Compensation Transparency (Washington State Compliance):
Compensation for this role includes competitive hourly pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Final compensation is based on experience and performance.

Experience:

• Personal training /Yoga or massage therapy: 2 years (Preferred)
