Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy team by assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Process prescriptions and manage patient medication records while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Answer phone and triage calls and answer inquiries as appropriate
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• State Board of Pharmacy License (PHAT)
• MINIMUM: High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old

DESIRED

• Any previous comparable experience
• Any equivalent experience as a certified pharmacy technician
• Certified Immunizer

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.60 - $25.85 per hour
