Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team full time. You’ll assist the pharmacist in preparing prescriptions, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Handle insurance billing and prior authorizations
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Manage stock, order supplies, and restock shelves as needed

Requirements

• Current Pharmacy Technician License (California) – REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with pharmacy software system Digital Rx (a plus)
• Willingness to assist with pharmacy marketing efforts (flyers, outreach, promotions) – a plus
