Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Responsibilities:

• Prepares paperwork, gathers supplies and completes process for preparation of prescriptions
• The primary responsibilities of a Technician are data entering new and refill prescription orders accurately
• Calculation of doses and assignment of directions and accepting proper insurance payment as well as resolve insurance issues
• Collection of clinical notes/labs from Physician to initiate prior authorizations and receive the appropriate forms from the insurance company to get the prior authorization forms
• Providing outstanding customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, insurance carriers
• Maintain clean working environment
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - from 10 AM - 6 PM
