Certified Pharmacy Technician (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications
• Accurately enter and process prescription orders
• Maintain patient records and manage inventory
• Process insurance claims and help resolve billing issues
• Answer phones and assist customers with prescription-related questions
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Multitask effectively while handling various duties
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Virginia Pharmacy Technician License preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and handle a dynamic workflow

Schedule:

• Part-time: Flexible schedule required - 9 hour shifts
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week
