As a vital member of our pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive their medications on time and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately type prescriptions for long-term care patients.
• Verify medication orders for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician program preferred.
• Previous experience as a typing technician in a pharmacy setting, particularly in long term care, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing prescriptions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
