• Supported Success: We provide full starter gear (needles, tubes, centrifuge, tote, cooler, sharps containers, and more) plus remote onboarding training.
• Standards of Excellence: Strict adherence to CLSI, HIPAA, infection control, and Thryve protocols. Manage inventory, log tracking, and ensure accurate documentation for flawless service.

What You'll Do as a Mobile Phlebotomist:

- Perform compassionate blood draws for individuals and families at home

- Prepare patients with care, explain processes, and ensure comfort

- Label specimens accurately at bedside and verify orders via the Thryve app

- Package and transport specimens following standard procedures

- Communicate proactively with labs, patients, and Thryve support

- Log tracking numbers and manage supply inventory before/after shifts

- Adhere to HIPAA, safety, and documentation standards

Flexible Scheduling – You Control Your Life:

Full flexibility! Choose your shifts each month by selecting Morning Block (6:00 AM–12:00 PM), Afternoon Block (12:00 PM–6:00 PM), or both to maximize your schedule. You'll be auto-assigned appointments in your chosen blocks—no claiming needed.

Compensation:

- $30.00/individual draw | $60.00/family draw (2+ at same location)

- Bi-weekly direct deposit

- Starter gear provided (needles, tubes, centrifuge, tote, etc.)

- Travel up to 25 miles (optimized routes via app)

What We're Looking For (Compassionate Experts Only):

• Certified Phlebotomist (CPT) or Medical Assistant with demonstrated phlebotomy experience (2+ years preferred; new grads need exceptional references).
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean background.
• Tech-savvy with apps for scheduling, routing, and real-time verification.
• Minimum 4 shifts/week to stay active
• Passion for patient-centered care
