Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic and professional instructor who thrives in a diverse environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate is experienced in teaching both group and private sessions, and passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Calm, positive, and team oriented personality
• Respectful, reliable, and client focused

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 20 hours of group Mat/Reformer Pilates classes weekly, with opportunities for additional personal training sessions
• Adapt classes for all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions as needed
• Visually assess clients' abilities to ensure safe and effective instruction
• Deliver injury conscious sessions that support individual needs and goals
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
