We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team on a full-time, on-site basis in Cokato, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools, and the ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations while preparing accurate financial statements and providing insightful financial analysis to support organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tax and accounting projects in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This position will be based in our Cokato office and is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for a variety of clients and industries
• Oversee tax preparation and compliance for individuals and businesses
• Perform general bookkeeping and accounting services
• Provide other public accounting services as needed
• Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• Experience with individual income tax preparation is a must
• Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, tax prep software)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong knowledge of compliance, accounting practices, and applicable laws
• Proficient in technical accounting concepts
• Familiarity with financial report writing and interpretation for effective communication of complex information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
