Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services seeks an experienced CRNA/CAA to join our dynamic leadership team as Vice-Chief Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:

• Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services
• Reports to the facility chief and serves as liaison between facility leadership, practice and ancillary departments
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, skilled with critical and strategic interactions with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Participates in various leadership meetings, helps facilitate APP team meetings and attends facility department meetings as designated.
• Participates in clinical care, supporting critical functions with other members of the anesthesia team
• Supports a culture based on professionalism, respect, collaboration and integrity
• Previous leadership experience of 5 or more years in a large facility strongly preferred
• Staffing model of 18 Anesthesiologists and 60 APP covering 30 sites of service daily, average surgical volume of 24 thousand cases plus 3000+ OB.
• Diverse mix of cases including general, cardiac, ortho, neuro,urology, ENT, bariatric, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, peds and trauma.
• Works with a highly productive, well-run team of individuals who make it a priority to ensure a collaborative environment
