Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends Required

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our evening shift team. This role is responsible for administering medications, supporting residents with daily needs, and ensuring a safe and respectful living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations and physician orders
• Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Follow all facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active CRMA certification (required)
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance, including rotating weekends
