Position Overview

We are actively hiring Certified RV Technicians ($30–$50/hr) and Heavy-Duty Diesel Technicians ($35–$50/hr) across all service regions.

• RV Technicians focus on diagnostics and repair of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulics, appliances, generators, and chassis.
• Heavy-Duty Diesel Technicians specialize in HD truck and equipment repair including engines, driveline, hydraulics, welding, fabrication, and DOT-level inspections.

Work Environment by Region

• Phoenix, AZ: 100% mobile service within a 100-mile radius.
• Houston, TX: Primarily mobile service with some shop projects.
• Seguin, TX (San Antonio/Austin region): Balanced shop + mobile work (state-of-the-art facility in Geronimo Business Park).
• Dallas, TX: Primarily mobile service, with some shop opportunities based on placement.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on assigned units.
• Deliver roadside and emergency field service as needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings and repair options.
• Manage work orders, parts inventory, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain company standards for safety, integrity, and customer service.

Qualifications

Certified RV Technicians

• RVIA/RVDA or equivalent RV Technician Certification required.
• 5+ years of RV repair experience preferred.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulics, and appliances.
• Diesel generator/engine experience highly preferred.

Heavy-Duty Diesel Technicians

• 5+ years heavy-duty diesel repair experience required.
• ASE Diesel certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostics in engines, hydraulics, electrical, driveline.
• Welding/fabrication skills and CDL preferred.

General Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Qualified service truck/van required (or company truck program available).

Compensation & Benefits

• Certified RV Technicians: $30 – $50 per hour
• Heavy-Duty Diesel Technicians: $35 – $50 per hour
