Job Description

We are urgently seeking qualified and certified Scaffolders to join our construction project in the United Arab Emirates. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting critical scaffolding works while ensuring full compliance with project requirements, HSE standards, and UAE safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with approved drawings and safety standards.

· Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and safe for use at all times.

· Follow HSE procedures and comply with site safety rules.

· Report unsafe conditions, defects, or incidents to site supervision.

· Work closely with site engineers and safety officers.

Requirements:

· Valid and up-to-date Scaffolder Certification (for Scaffolder position).

· Working at Height Training Certificate.

· HSE / Safety Certification compliant with UAE regulations.

· Medical Fitness Certificate approved in the UAE.

· Previous experience in construction projects within the UAE (preferred).

· Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and site procedures.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
