Certified Surveyor (DLD Licensed) – Real Estate Survey

We are looking for a DLD-certified Surveyor to perform Real Estate Surveys for plots, villas, and apartments across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Real Estate Surveys including flat/apartment measurements, villa layouts, and plot boundary verification.
• Measure and confirm areas, dimensions, and coordinates as per DLD standards.
• Identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved plans.
• Use Total Station, GNSS, and laser measurement tools for accurate data collection.
• Prepare and sign DLD-compliant survey and area verification reports.
• Coordinate with CAD team for drawing finalization.

Requirements

• Mandatory: DLD-Licensed / Certified Surveyor
• 2–5 years UAE experience in real estate/land surveys
• Strong knowledge of area calculations and cadastral mapping
• Skilled in surveying instruments and measurement workflows
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
