Best Brains Learning Center – Los Angeles Wilshire is hiring state-certified teachers to join our growing team!

This is a part-time position (up to 10 hours per week), perfect for educators seeking flexible hours and meaningful work—without lesson planning or grading.

All lesson plans and materials are provided — just show up and teach!

About Us

Best Brains Learning Center is an after-school enrichment program that helps students strengthen their academic skills in Math and English through structured curriculum and small-group instruction.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Math and English to elementary and/or middle school students in a small-group setting
• Follow the Best Brains curriculum and guide students through weekly assignments
• Provide encouragement and academic feedback to students
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive classroom environment
• No lesson planning, grading, or take-home work required

Qualifications

• Valid California Teaching Credential (Required)
• Experience teaching or tutoring elementary and/or middle school students
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Positive attitude and passion for education

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
• Expected Hours: Up to 10 hours per week
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90010 (Required)
