Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings
Proficiency in common welding processes
Basic math skills for measurements, dimensions, and material calculations.
Manual dexterity for handling tools and performing precise tasks like cutting, grinding, and fitting
Prepare surfaces for welding, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Perform general assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Conduct fabrication tasks, such as cutting, drilling, or shaping materials, to support assembly processes.
Inspect fabricated parts and assemblies for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications and drawings.
Maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and stencils, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of paints, solvents, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and production goals.
Document welding and assembly processes, reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors.
No prior professional experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of spray painting, stencil techniques, or surface preparation is a plus.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or assembly processes is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Welder Certification or in the process of being certified
Technical certification or coursework in painting, coating applications, or related fields is a plus.
