Role Description

We are seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), with NDT certifications,

for a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. The CWI will perform welding inspections, oversee quality control operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and generate detailed reports. The role requires conducting inspections using visual, radiography, ultrasonic, and other NDT methods to verify the structural integrity of welds and components. You will work closely with clients and teams to ensure project specifications are met while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience and certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
• Level II certificationa in varioua NDT methods, including Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiography Testing, Visual Testing, and UT.
• Strong understanding of welding inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with industry standards and codes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and welding codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse work environments and conditions, including field locations.
• OSHA safety certifications or familiarity with safety protocols in industrial settings is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical certifications are preferred.
