Position: OpenText Platform Developer (AppWorks Specialist)
Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText AppWorks. The candidate must have end-to-end experience working across all AppWorks artifacts, along with a deep understanding of OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Workflow Suite.

Note: Please exclude profiles with only Low-Code modeling experience. Candidates must have full OpenText AppWorks platform experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills:

• Primary expertise in OpenText AppWorks (full platform experience).
• Hands-on development experience across all AppWorks artifacts.
• Strong experience with the OpenText Platform including:
• OpenText Content Server
• Extended ECM
• Workflow Suite
• Strong development proficiency in:
• Java
• JavaScript
• SQL
• Experience integrating OpenText using SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles for creating user-friendly experiences.
• Experience delivering projects within the enterprise/industry sector.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for handling application & integration issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team and client-facing collaboration.
• OpenText certifications (Content Server Business Consultant, OpenText Developer) are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content automation & intelligent document processing.
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks + Magellan for data analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
