CFD & Pipe stress Analysis Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in piping stress analysis and CFD simulation within oil & gas or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in CAESAR II and ANSYS Fluent (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of ASME codes, API standards, and piping system behaviour.
• Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II in compliance with ASME and project standards.
• Conduct CFD simulations using ANSYS for flow, pressure, and temperature evaluations in piping systems.
• Review P&IDs, layouts, and isometrics to identify critical lines and flow zones.
• Assess loads on equipment nozzles, supports, expansion joints, and critical interfaces.
• Prepare detailed stress and CFD reports, including design recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, process, and civil).
• Participate in technical reviews, design audits, and field troubleshooting as needed.
