Would you like to be as close as possible to the operational use of CFM products? The Field Service and Flight Ops department within the Civil Engines Customer Support organization brings together an international team of Field Service Engineers (FSE) deployed as close as possible to our customers' operations: airlines and engine repair shops. In an environment where our customers' flight activities are growing and constantly evolving, we need to adapt our local support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing each customer with the technical assistance required for optimized operation of their fleets. The FSE will be based in Cairo, Egypt, on a local Safran contract and will be responsible for supporting Egyptian customers operating CFM56 and LEAP engines, in collaboration with a second FSE also based in Cairo. The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is the Safran Aircraft Engines/CFM representative based close to the customer, providing technical support on CFM products in accordance with the signed contracts.
