The Mandate Cahaya Andhikatamara is seeking a visionary and authoritative Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy from the Salalah Free Zone. As we leverage the strategic advantages of SFZ to expand our global footprint, we require a CFO who can bridge the gap between local regulatory compliance and international financial engineering. You will be a key architect of our growth, responsible for capital structure, multi-currency treasury management, and high-level fiscal governance.

Executive Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Architecture: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies that align with SFZ’s unique regulatory environment and the company’s global expansion goals.
• Capital & Investment Management: Lead capital raising initiatives, manage debt-equity ratios, and oversee high-value investment appraisals for infrastructure and operational expansion.
• Free Zone Compliance & Taxation: Ensure total compliance with Salalah Free Zone regulations, managing the complexities of tax-exempt status, customs reporting, and international trade laws.
• Global Treasury & FX Management: Direct the group’s treasury functions, optimizing liquidity and mitigating foreign exchange risks across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Corporate Governance & Audit: Oversee the integrity of the firm’s financial reporting (IFRS) and internal control systems, serving as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors and external auditors.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a co-pilot to the CEO, providing data-driven insights for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures within the industrial and logistical sectors.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 18–20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a C-suite or top-tier executive role.
• Mandatory Qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA. An MBA from a globally recognized institution is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in Free Zone operations, manufacturing, or international logistics is essential.
• Deep expertise in Omani Commercial Law and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving fiscal discipline in complex, high-growth organizations.
• Bilingual Excellence: Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for executive stakeholder management and government relations.
