We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership for our Pakistan operations.

Position Overview

The Part-Time CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires a senior finance professional who can work closely with management to support decision-making and ensure financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Support management in financial risk assessment and mitigation
• Assist in long-term financial planning and business growth strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in senior-level financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities on a part-time basis
