We are looking for a talented CGI Designer with strong experience in 3D visualization, architectural renderings, and photorealistic imagery for real estate projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona , with the ability to produce high-quality visuals that bring our properties to life.

A strong portfolio is mandatory when applying.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and visual effects for use across digital and print platforms.

Develop detailed models, textures, lighting, and environments based on creative direction.

Produce photorealistic CGI that aligns with brand identity and project needs.

Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and product teams to understand project requirements.

Participate in brainstorming and contribute creative visual ideas.

Ensure timely delivery of all CGI assets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

Mandatory: A strong CGI portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, textures, and animations.

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Proven experience as a CGI Designer, 3D Artist, or similar role.

Expert knowledge of tools such as 3ds Max , Maya , Blender , Cinema 4D , V-Ray , Corona , or similar.

Strong understanding of lighting, shading, composition, and materials .

Ability to create realistic and stylized visuals as required.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Knowledge of animation principles and motion graphics is an advantage.
