Chairside Dental Assistant (EFDA) – Periodontal Practice (Full Time)

Lowen Perio is hiring a full-time EFDA-certified Chairside Dental Assistant to join our periodontal and implant practice.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of chairside experience who is confident in the basics and motivated to continue growing their clinical and surgical assisting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assisting during periodontal and implant procedures
• Perform surgical assisting tasks, including suture removal
• Prepare and maintain operatories for efficiency and organization
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications:

• EFDA certification (required)
• 2–5 years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of tooth numbers, procedures, and operatory flow
• Periodontal or oral surgery experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable engaging with patients and building rapport
• Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesday's off)
• Option for three or four days per week
• 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays occasionally shorter)
