- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow our network of dealers, distributors, and system integrators in the CCTV and surveillance solutions segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, good market knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana region, and experience in selling security products like IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, system integrators).
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the channel network.
- Provide product training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
- Execute promotional activities and schemes with channel partners to boost sales.
- Monitor channel performance and provide feedback to improve partner performance.
- Coordinate with the technical support and service team to ensure post-sales satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
