Change Management Specialist

About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support the successful adoption of digital initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on driving user adoption, managing change impact, and ensuring smooth transitions during digital transformation programs. The candidate will work closely with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to embed new ways of working and strengthen digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and adoption readiness evaluations
• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies for digital initiatives
• Lead communication and engagement activities to promote awareness and digital adoption
• Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions on digital tools and processes
• Monitor and report on user adoption progress and change effectiveness
• Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies
• Gather user feedback to improve digital solutions and enhance adoption rates
• Create user manuals, training materials, FAQs, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with business units to embed digital practices into daily operations
• Maintain an updated stakeholder map and engagement tracking log

Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in change management, digital adoption, or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of change management principles and adoption frameworks
• Experience in training, communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to analyze user behavior and identify adoption challenges
• Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage
