Change Management Specialist – AI-Enabled Software Factory (Iraq)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the establishment and adoption of an AI-enabled Software Factory.
This role will help transition development teams from traditional, siloed delivery to a modern, product-centric, AI-assisted software factory model, aligned with certain change frameworks.
The specialist will work closely with engineering leadership, HR, delivery managers, and platform teams to ensure sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead change initiatives supporting the rollout of an AI Software Factory operating model
- Apply the change model to drive adoption across engineering and delivery teams
- Manage stakeholder alignment, communication, and resistance to change
- Enable smooth transition from As-Is → To-Be delivery models
Software Factory Operating Model
- Support definition, rollout, and adoption of factory roles and responsibilities, including:
- Product Owner / Product Manager
- Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
- Solution & Enterprise Architect
- Software Engineer
- QA / Test Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Security & Compliance Roles
- AI / Automation Engineers
- Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
- Platform & Tooling Owners
- Align teams to standardised factory processes, governance, and delivery flows
HR & Process Enablement
- Support HR in aligning job descriptions, responsibilities, and career paths with the new factory model
- Enable adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices
- Ensure documentation is structured and maintained in Confluence
Required Experience
- Strong background in change management for software delivery organizations
- Demonstrated experience implementing the change model
- Experience working within software factories, delivery hubs, or large digital transformation programs
- Understanding of AI-enabled development environments is a strong plus
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Location & Language
- Must be based in Iraq or able to travel to Iraq on a weekly basis
- Arabic and English required
Contract Details
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for long term
- Start: 4th of January 2026
- On-site / Hybrid

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED18,500.00 per month
