Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests.
• Track tickets and perform quality checks on change requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including suppliers and brands.
• Document and monitor the change request process from initiation to full implementation.
• Consult with brand and cross-domain teams on change status.
• Facilitate workshops and prepare documentation.
• Monitor dashboards and provide regular status updates.
• Validate achievement proof before change closure.

Required Skill:

• Strong understanding of the change request lifecycle.
• Experience in JIRA dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in JIRA Query Language (JQL).
• Hands-on experience with Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
