Change Manager x 3 (Business Change Workstream) Identify, Assess, and manage business change to support the new ways of working - Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and what is means for Directorate and Service Areas
- Work closely with Business Analyst and Process Owners to identify key areas of Change
- Stakeholder Analysis
- Create comms & engagement plans
- Input into the new Target Operating Model
- Create and Manage a Change network to champion and advocate the new ways of working
- Business Readiness & Cultural Change Initiatives
- Support Process Design Workshops with BAs and SMEs
- Support Business continuity and sustaining Change post-go live
