Change Manager x 3 (Business Change Workstream) Identify, Assess, and manage business change to support the new ways of working <ul> <li>Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and what is means for Directorate and Service Areas</li> <li>Work closely with Business Analyst and Process Owners to identify key areas of Change</li> <li>Stakeholder Analysis</li> <li>Create comms & engagement plans</li> <li>Input into the new Target Operating Model</li> <li>Create and Manage a Change network to champion and advocate the new ways of working</li> <li>Business Readiness & Cultural Change Initiatives</li> <li>Support Process Design Workshops with BAs and SMEs</li> <li>Support Business continuity and sustaining Change post-go live</li> </ul>
