Change Manager x 3 (Business Change Workstream)
Identify, Assess, and manage business change to support the new ways of working

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and what is means for Directorate and Service Areas
  • Work closely with Business Analyst and Process Owners to identify key areas of Change
  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Create comms & engagement plans
  • Input into the new Target Operating Model
  • Create and Manage a Change network to champion and advocate the new ways of working
  • Business Readiness & Cultural Change Initiatives
  • Support Process Design Workshops with BAs and SMEs
  • Support Business continuity and sustaining Change post-go live
