· Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction.
· Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
· Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training programs.
· Manage office administration including facilities, procurement, vendor coordination, and asset management.
· Arrange domestic and international travel, meetings, and handle official correspondence.
· Implement and ensure adherence to office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Act as a coordination point between employees, management, and external service providers.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
