Key Responsibilities

• Host and present video podcast-style episodes
• Interview business owners, founders, and professionals
• Ask clear, thoughtful, and engaging questions
• Start each episode with a strong emotional or moral hook
• Guide conversations in a smooth and natural way
• Keep discussions focused on lessons, insights, and real-life experiences
• Help the audience feel motivated, informed, and confident
• Collaborate with the content team on episode planning
• Maintain a professional and consistent on-screen presence
