We're looking for a Channel Inside Sales Representative to join Procore's Sales team in MEA. In this role, you'll work with our partner ecosystem to grow our SMB business.

As a Channel Inside Sales Representative you'll run deals along with our Partner sales teams providing support and direction as the Procore point of contact. You'll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud based software and Procore platform expertise. This position reports to the Director, Partnerships - MEA, and will be based in our Dubai office. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately!

What You'll Do:
  • Generate a healthy "Run Rate" business within our SMB/Non named segment. "Run Rate" comprises of net new and contract expansion into current clients
  • Build relationships with construction management C Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients
  • Work closely with Partners and utilize partner sales teams to accelerate pipeline generation and deal closures.
  • Execute Partner business plans to build a mutually beneficial relationship with regional partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to run campaigns and events that lead to pipeline generation.
  • Align on and achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
  • Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
  • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology and any other aspects of our business
  • Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution
  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more!
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred and a desire to pursue a career in Sales
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast paced sales environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Self aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to work in the UAE
