Goods iQ is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who can do both: think strategically about how our brands win across all our distribution channels and execute with precision and discipline to make it happen.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of how Goods iQ goes to market. You’ll support go-to-market strategy across key channel partners to drive the revenue and margin performance that fuels company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Execution

– Serves as liaison between sales, ecommerce, finance, product management, and marketing to meet sales goals and strategic objectives

– Leverage deep understanding of market environment, consumer behaviors, customer strategies, and competitive assessments within each channel to identify opportunities, gaps, risks

– Own go-to-market strategy across key channels: mass market, office superstore, dealer, wholesale/2-step, industrial/STAFDA, and home center

Pricing, Promotions and Forecasting

– Manage pricing structure and policies across all assigned accounts – mitigate channel pricing conflicts

– Support the development and execution of customer-specific promotional plans across key accounts to drive sales and market share expansion

– Support annual and seasonal promotional planning aligned to key selling periods– tradeshow cycles, back-to-school, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Prime Day, Veteran’s Day, BFCM, Holiday and other high-velocity retail moments

– Partner with Supply Chain and Sales on forecasting and demand planning to ensure world-class service levels

– Analyze key performance metrics continuously and adjust strategies to optimize revenue and profitability

Store Merchandising and Point-Of-Sale Conversion

– Lead the development of retail merchandising strategies that maximize product visibility, shopper engagement, and conversion at the shelf

– Support the design and execution of point-of-sale materials and promotional executions — product displays, quarter pallets, signage, endcap displays, side-wing displays, and secondary placements — tailored to each retailer's environment and shopper profile

– Develop planogram recommendations and shelf standards that reflect category best practices and position Goods iQ brands as the obvious consumer choice

– Monitor in-store execution quality across accounts and establish feedback loops that drive continuous improvement

– Track and analyze conversion data at the shelf level — using insights to refine merchandising strategy, optimize placement, and eliminate underperforming displays

Performance & Analytics

– Track key KPIs: sales, margin, conversion, traffic, ROAS and convert into actionable information to drive business performance and strategy across channels

– Build and maintain dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into channel health

Cross-Functional Leadership

– Collaborate with all key functions to ensure organization if fully aligned to serve our channel partners and set the standard in industry for service levels and scorecard performance

– Serve as the central point of contact and communication for channel performance and channel specific strategic initiatives

Process and Operational Excellence

– Drive accountability through consistent reporting and performance tracking

– Identify inefficiencies proactively and implement solutions that improve execution

Skills and Competencies

Strategic Thinking with Executional Horsepower

– Ability to support building a channel strategy and then driving the execution thereof

– Strong commercial instincts — you understand how pricing, promotions, and content drive revenue

Data and Analytics Fluency

– Highly analytical with advanced data analysis skills leveraging Ai, Excel, and Power BI

– Experience with Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, and similar platforms

– Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, executive-ready narratives

Ownership Mindset

– Strong sense of accountability — you own outcomes, not just activities

– Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

– Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm

Collaboration and Communication

– Clear, confident communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and engaged

– Passion for retail/omnichannel, eCommerce, and the consumer goods category

Qualifications

– 2+ years of experience in channel marketing, retail/omnichannel, or eCommerce

– Understanding of distribution channels, particularly retail/omni and eCommerce

– Proven record of driving revenue growth and improving channel performance

– Understanding of pricing structures and calculations, promotions, and digital shelf optimization

– Experience with Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, or equivalent platforms

– Advanced Excel, Ai, and data analysis skills; experience with BI and reporting tools

– Experience with digital shelf software tools, Salsify, Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud as strong plus

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– Military experience a strong plus — we deeply respect the leadership and ownership it develops
