Channel Program Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Program Coordinator to support our growing channel business in the Middle East. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of channel programs, partner onboarding, and operational support for our regional sales team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in channel sales or channel program coordination within the cybersecurity or technology industry.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the Middle East channel sales team with day-to-day program coordination
  • Assist partners with onboarding and deal registration processes
  • Manage partner onboarding activities including access to training and partner portals; support Fortra's Channel Account Manager with coordination of partner onsite trainings for partners in region
  • Meet key partners in the region periodically to assess progress and provide support to partners
  • Provide Fortra's Channel Account Manager with support in account mapping with partners
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and partner portals (e.g., Salesforce, PRM systems)
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely responses and program compliance
  • Prepare reports and track program performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional service to partners to enhance engagement and satisfaction




QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in channel sales or channel program coordination within cybersecurity or technology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
