Job Summary

Elcom Digital is looking for a motivated and result-driven Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow our partner network in the Patna region. The role involves driving revenue through channel partners, onboarding new resellers, and promoting our IT SaaS, software, and hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, and system integrators in the assigned territory
  • Drive sales through existing and new channel partners to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Promote and sell IT SaaS products, software licenses, and hardware solutions
  • Build strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, training, and support
  • Generate leads through channel partners and assist in deal closures
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and partner enablement sessions
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement
  • Coordinate with internal sales, pre-sales, and support teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and partner data in CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in channel sales, IT sales, or B2B sales
  • Exposure to SaaS, software, IT hardware, networking, cloud, or enterprise solutions preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners
  • Basic understanding of IT products and solutions
  • Comfortable with field sales and partner meetings
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or sales/marketing certification is an added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
