Channel Sales Executive – Solar Inverters

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Channel Sales Executive to support our sales efforts for solar inverters through a strong network of channel partners, dealers, and system integrators in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have some exposure to sales in solar, electrical, or energy-related products and should be eager to grow in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Engagement:

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new dealers/distributors/system integrators.
  • Maintain regular interaction with existing partners to support sales and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely communication of product offers, pricing, and promotions.

Sales Support:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through channel partners.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with partners for quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Market Outreach:

  • Visit local markets and channel partners to ensure product visibility.
  • Support participation in local exhibitions, dealer meets, and product demos.
  • Share feedback on customer/partner needs and competitor activities.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales manager, service team, and logistics to ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Keep records of partner activities, sales pipelines, and collections.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in channel sales (solar/electrical/EPC/energy products preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of solar products, especially inverters, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to solar inverter products (on-grid, hybrid, off-grid).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Understanding of basic electrical concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
