We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who will strengthen the partner ecosystem, develop channel strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth for one of our clients in the technology/software sector.
This role plays a critical part in expanding and managing partner networks while working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute partner sales and channel strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives

Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the partner ecosystem

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners

Manage, analyze, and improve partner sales performance to achieve revenue targets

Design partner programs, campaigns, and business models to increase partner effectiveness

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive joint success
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field

Minimum 10 years of experience
in the technology or software industry, with strong expertise in partner/channel sales management

Proven experience in partner development, distributor/reseller management, and channel strategy

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Good command of English is preferred
