We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who will strengthen the partner ecosystem, develop channel strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth for one of our clients in the technology/software sector.


This role plays a critical part in expanding and managing partner networks while working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner sales and channel strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Manage, analyze, and improve partner sales performance to achieve revenue targets
  • Design partner programs, campaigns, and business models to increase partner effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive joint success


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology or software industry, with strong expertise in partner/channel sales management
  • Proven experience in partner development, distributor/reseller management, and channel strategy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Good command of English is preferred
