Channel Sales Manager | Consumer electronics/small household appliances

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead our market expansion in Turkey. This role will be responsible for building and scaling the local distribution network, driving sales growth, and establishing strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors.

What You’ll Do

• Market Development:
• Lead end-to-end market expansion in Turkey, from initial setup to scaling distribution channels and achieving sales targets
• Channel Management:
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local distributors; empower partners to expand retail coverage and improve sell-out performance
• Key Account Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with major retail clients; lead negotiations, promotions, and rebate strategies
• Local Operations Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, warehousing, and after-sales support to ensure smooth local operations
• Brand Growth:
• Support brand positioning and visibility in the local market through effective channel strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics, small appliances, or FMCG
• Market Expertise:
• Strong ability to develop new markets and penetrate distribution channels
• Commercial Skills:
• Excellent negotiation skills, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure
• Network Advantage (Preferred):
• Existing relationships with Turkish distributors or retail channels
• Language:
• Fluent in English for daily business communication with international teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: USD 3,000/month
• Performance Bonus: 2–8 months salary per year
