We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail and reseller network.

This is not a desk role — it requires strong field presence, relationship ownership, and commercial discipline .

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partners , managing pricing structures, and ensuring strong market coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a nationwide network of retailers and resellers
  • Drive sales growth across circuit breakers, cables, and LV portfolio
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Identify new channel opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Monitor sell-in / sell-out performance across partners
  • Enforce pricing strategy, margins, and credit discipline
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotions and demand generation
  • Track competitor activity and market dynamics
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical / low voltage distribution
  • Proven track record in managing retailers & reseller channels
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian electrical market (traders, wholesalers, key areas)
  • Experience with products like:
  • Circuit breakers
  • Cables / conductors
  • Wiring devices / panels (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Highly disciplined in reporting and pipeline management
  • Willing to spend significant time in the field
